Debbie Joyce is the President/CEO of Greer-Louis, Inc which she started in 1986 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Greer-Louis is a property management and land development company serving clients in North and South Carolina for more than twenty years.
As homeowner’s association and apartment community managers, Greer-Louis offers a full range of professional management services to a wide variety of communities in both North and South Carolina.
She has developed approximately 5,000 residential lots with projects of varying sizes throughout the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina including mixed use, single family, and multi-family communities.
She is currently developing and selling lots for Caleb’s Creek, a 1,000-acre mixed use community to include single and multi-family products, retail and commercial space, a retirement community site, apartment homes, and village center complete with amenities.
She provides comprehensive land development and construction management for land owners and investors with services including coordination with local and state municipalities, feasibility studies, acquisition, zoning, land planning, engineering, and site construction (grading, streets, water/sewer, and utilities), and amenity development (clubhouses, pools, tennis courts, walking trails, courtyards).
Tom Baker, Broker-in-Charge
Tom has been an active Piedmont Triad Realtor® for 39 years. He is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified New Home Specialist, Graduate of the Realtors Institute and former Realtor® of the Year.
He owned his own real estate company for 18 years before selling to Yost & Little, one of the areas largest independent real estate companies. Tom remained a Broker-in-Charge for Yost & Little for 14 of the last 21 years.
Along with managing a sales force, Tom lists and sells new and existing homes/condos, land, and commercial/industrial properties. In 2013, Yost & Little was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Over the past 5 years, Tom's sales performance places him in the top 13% of all realtors nationwide among Berkshire Hathaway Homes Services Realtors.
In addition to Tom's daily management and sales activities, he has served as chairman and member of countless real estate and civic committees including President of the Real Estate Board.

I was born and raised in Jamestown, NC. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies. I began my career in Real Estate in 2016 working as an administrative assistant.
In 2017, I decided to get my Real Estate license. My first year as a licensed agent in real estate, I worked on a team where we closed 85+ homes. Linda started her Real Estate Career in 1996 as an Association Manager for Homeowner’s Association Neighborhoods. In 2003 she started selling residential real estate and was a top producing agent for new home construction builders in the triad and triangle for nine years. I love North Carolina! I have been blessed to live in the High Point/Greensboro area my entire life. From the Mountains to the Coast, NC has it all! And the Triad is right in the center of everything NC has to offer. My husband and I have been married for almost 28 years and raised our 2 sons here. We owned and operated a manufacturing company in High Point for 25 years. In my opinion, there's no better place to call home.
My Dad was a Real Estate Investor, Developer and Contractor for both Commercial and Residential. I managed the office for a few years, while attending High Point College. During that time, I completed courses in commercial and residential contracting, ranging from Residential Blueprints to NC Building Codes. I also obtained my Real Estate License during that time.
